Over 10 years ago following a plant-based diet Magda shifted from studying architecture to working with food as a food stylist, photographer and also private chef.

The journey led her to a beautiful discovery of a holistic approach to her life. She is a TCM and Ayurveda health enthusiast, which she implements in her cooking. Years of experience in gastronomy: restaurants, catering or pop-up events she directed into skills that she serves on Yoga retreats, dcreating a nutritious cooking. She has been cooking at Yoga retreats for over 8 years now, collaborating with numerous of Yoga Teachers in different places in the world. She is a Yoga practitioner herself. In 2023 she finished her 200h Yoga Teacher Training with Hatha Yoga Vinyasa  teacher Analu Lucia Farina.

In her own words: “Kitchen has been a very important part of my life. There is a lot of love and care which I would love to share with you and enjoy together! I cook plant-based, but not strictly, because I believe the most in the quality of food, the way we eat and that listening to our body will nourish us.”

  • She consulted her own diet and habits with TCM doctor, Ayurveda doctors and hormonal dietitian.

  • She took part in Ayurveda Summit, with speakers such as Deepak Chopra, Elena Brower, Dr. Manas Kshirsagar
